When you sign a lease you will be responsible for a $200 admin fee to hold the apartment, $50 per applicant, then a prorated amount of rent when moving in for the month of. Security Deposit ranges from $500-$1300 we have an opt out option that you can pay $13 or $21 for remaineder of lease depending on credit.
Rent payments can be made online through the RentCafé portal.
Utilites are billed monthly, pet fees are billed monthly, if you chose a security deposit fee that is monthly as well.
Yes, at Stonewater Apartments we require residents to have renter's insurance.
No utilities are included in rent.
You just have to set up LGE. Our water, sewer, and trash are billed through the apartment.

Yes, we have a referral bonus of $250.
If a guest stays longer then 7 days they will have to fill out an application.
No, If you transfer from one apartment community to another, you will be required to pay a new deposit.

If you have to break your lease you will be responsible for a 2 months insufficient notice fee and a 2 months termination fee.

The pools and decks are available for use Memorial Day through Labor Day, Tuesday through Sunday from 11AM-8PM.

Black Appliances are standard for classic units, Renovatead units have chrome steel.
No, we do not offer furnished apartments at Stonewater Park.
No, we do not have the ability to hold packages at the leasing office.

The Stonewater gym offers treadmills, bikes, and an assortment of all-purpose machines.
No, we do not have quiet hours and do not charge a fee to utilize our communal spaces.

No, your presence is not required for service work to be completed.
If locked out after hours, you will have to call a lock smith.
Yes, if you paint you just have to paint back white when you prepare to move out.
